President of United Solar Ovonic, an Auburn Hills-based manufacturer and supplier of photovoltaic panels and systems that convert sunlight to electricity. Guha, an internationally recognized scientist, has led United Solar Ovonic to substantial growth in the last several years. The company is the world’s largest manufacturer of thin film flexible solar panels. He recently won the World Technology Award 2005 in Energy.
