Founder and CEO of Osiris Innovations Group LLC in Auburn Hills. Saroli is responsible for the operational oversight of the company and has more than 20 years of business experience in sales, software development, purchasing, and supply chain management. Saroli co-founded Osiris in 2004 as a subsidiary of his company, D & M and Associates, which specializes in providing commodity management services for Tier 1 automotive manufacturers. As his work evolved at D & M, he identified a need for an automated system designed to track purchases from start to finish, commonly known as the procurement-to-payment process. Under Saroli's leadership, D & M was named the 2002 Supplier of the Year by Lear Corp. In 2005 Saroli established Osiris as a stand-alone company specializing in comprehensive supply chain management systems powered by Osiris' proprietary technology. The company has expanded twice since 2006, growing from a 2,400-square-foot office in Oxford with 10 employees to an 8,800-square-foot office in Auburn Hills with more than 40 employees in 2008. Osiris was named one of the 2008 Supply & Demand Chain
Executive 100 and received the Crain's
Small Business Award for 2008. Osiris supports many local organizations with financial and in-kind donations, including Boy Scouts of America, Leader Dogs for the Blind, and Children's Hospital of Detroit. Saroli received his bachelor's degree in business administration with a major in marketing management from Central Michigan University.
