Patel bought the company while still in college and turned his hobby into a global business with clients in several countries, more than 20 employees, and revenue of more than $1 million. Future Hosting is a privately held Internet solutions provider specializing in managed hosting, including dedicated servers, virtual private servers, and hybrid virtual private servers. It offers servers in six locations: Chicago, Dallas, London, Los Angeles, Miami, and Washington, DC, to support client needs worldwide. The company's recognitions include HostReview's Top 10 Virtual Private Server and Dedicated Server Awards, Best VPS Hosting, and Best Dedicated Server. Future Hosting also has received several Editor's Choice awards from FindMyHost. Patel has leadership and managerial experience in all aspects of the IT industry. He has been involved in logistical and technical support, budgeting, and management of networks and computers supporting a diverse population and range of end-user applications. Patel was recognized by Crain's Detroit Business in its annual Salute to Entrepreneurs as the winner in the up to $5 million in revenue category. Patel received his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and a JD from The John Marshall Law School. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Michigan and an active member of the State Bar of Michigan.

WHERE MY FIELD/INDUSTRY IS HEADED: “It's consolidating a lot. Mergers and acquisitions are going on but at the same time it's growing rapidly with significant room for growth. At the same time, big players are getting bigger and buying the smaller ones out. We're still growing very rapidly.”
