What is A License to Lead?

It’s a series of seminars divided into four modules.   Each seminar was created exclusively for Lawrence Tech’s administration, faculty and staff to provide opportunities to learn or refresh their leadership and managerial skills.

Equally important, A License to Lead provides a tool that can help all of us expand the rung we’re on by:

• Expanding our understanding of human nature and how it affects our working relationships
• Learning how to manage (people or projects) more effectively
• Enhancing our oral and written communication skills
• Preparing a well-organized written self-assessment that improves our ability to present ourselves to others
