Vision Insurance

Lawrence Tech offers a vision insurance program through EyeMed Vision Care Plan.  Members may select from a network of optical providers to receive lower out-of-pocket costs.  Members may choose not to use a network provider, however, will incur more out-of-pocket costs.  This plan offers the employee, spouse, and covered dependents an eye exam and lenses and frames once every year. There is a $10.00 copay for the eye exam and a $25.00 copay each for frames and lenses. (Designer frames and special lenses are extra and paid for by the patient.)
