Privacy Practices

Lawrence Technological University privacy polices, established to comply with state and federal laws, apply to everyone employed by the University.  

The Notice of Privacy Practices Policy details our privacy practices and your rights with respect to the handling of your personal health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).
 
The Social Security Privacy Policy details our privacy practices and your rights with respect to the handling of your social security number information in accordance with the Michigan Social Security Number Act, Public Act 454 of 2004, MCL44081-87.
