QUALIFICATIONS: Master degree in his or her field of expertise with a demonstrated record of accomplishments in higher education. Demonstrate significant ability to collaborate across disciplines and administrative boundaries, to facilitate meetings, and assist in the development of policies and procedures. Exceptional analytical and evaluation skills required.

JOB DUTIES: The highly motivated candidate answers questions, investigates and resolves computer problems for students, staff and faculty and external users related to all aspects of IT services. Technicians are required to perform duties including troubleshooting various platforms on desktops and laptops (both PC and Mac-based systems), a variety of software applications including discipline-specific applications, mobile devise, printer, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s Degree with one to three years experience in a service/support-related position, preferably in an academic environment. Candidate must possess strong customer service skills and a wide variety of technical skills. Candidate must have knowledge in troubleshooting various platforms on desktops and laptops (both PC and Mac-based systems), a variety of software applications including discipline-specific applications, mobile devise, printer, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are critical to the position.

JOB DUTIES: Primary technical contact for various processing and course management systems in use at the university. Candidate will act as project leader or team member on projects related to upgrading software systems or investigating and implementing new software systems. Develop training plans and/or presentations.
Candidate interacts with both internal and external customers/vendors during the course performing assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS: BS in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or equivalent experience and three to five years in an IT analyst position within a large organization. Advanced degree preferred. The position required a combination of Analyst skills, programming and operations skills. Candidate will perform task in all areas.
