JOB DUTIES: The successful candidate functions as a support to the Division of Student Affairs. This position will be responsible for development and management of the university’s Pep Band. Under the direction of the Dean of Students, develops and manages the university’s pep band program. Responsible for providing leadership, guidance and encouragement to student’s participating in the program. Promotes and supports the NAIA athletic program in addition to sanctioned university events.

QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree and prior experience with music is required. Enrollment in a master’s degree is strongly preferred.

DEPARTMENT: Dean of Students
TYPE: Part-Time

JOB DUTIES: The Student Affairs Graduate Student will function as a support to the Division of Student Affairs. This multi-faceted role will provide a graduate student with experiences in First-Year Programs, Disability Services, and Student Engagement. Under the direction of the Executive Director the candidate will assist with the development and implementation of first year initiatives; assist students with disabilities by providing support services via a variety of accommodations in accordance with Section 504 (e) of the ADA; and act as a liaison to the Student Engagement Staff in the development of a more vibrant campus life.

QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree is required. Enrolled in a master’s degree in Career Education, College Student Personnel, Higher Education Administration, Special Education, Counseling or Human Resources are strongly preferred.
