Welcome to the Benefits Home page, your resource for information about the benefit packages offered by Lawrence Tech!
Lawrence Tech provides a variety of benefit options to protect you and your eligible family members. Some benefit programs require contributions from the employee, but many are fully paid by Lawrence Tech.
The Benefits Summary provides an overview of benefits offered by the University. Detailed benefits information for all employees are contained in the Employee Handbook. Specific benefits information applicable only to employees with academic or executive appointments, such as faculty, deans, chairs, and other executive officers, are contained in the Faculty Handbook. The handbooks should not be construed as creating a contract between Lawrence Tech and any employees for any benefit described in it.
The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) - also referred to as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), Obamacare or healthcare reform – is now law. This law has significant implications for employers who offer healthcare benefits and the employees and families covered by those plans.
To help educate you about the healthcare reform, we have partnered with our benefits consultant, Gallagher to develop a communication series. We hope this series will help you understand how healthcare reform may impact you and Lawrence Tech.
