Suspension




Our 2011 Suspension Team consists of 6 team members. The function of the suspension team is to design a damping system that will be able to achieve optimum handling characteristics! The four-wheel independent suspension will enable our Formula Car to comply with bumps and dips in the road, while still allowing it accelerate hard out of the corners during the autocross and endurance events. Our 2011 suspension system is composed of unparallel and unequal length double wishbone front and rear suspension, tuneable Cane Creek dampers on all four corners, variable toe control, active anti-roll bars, and a full data acquisition system.
