Leadership responsibilities are everything from overseeing project planning, timing, design, fabrication, testing, purchasing, accounting, marketing, and fundraising! When times get overwhelming the team leader is able to fall back on some of his or her sub-team leaders to help carry out some of these tasks. Keep in mind this is all accomplished while still attending classes and usually a co-op position!
