  • First round of Scholarship Award offers to new incoming students and new athlete
  • November & December
  • Advanced registration for Spring begins (balance must be paid in full to register)
  • New incoming student awards and athletic scholarship offers continue (45 days to accept)
January
  • Great time to start thinking about completing the FAFSA for 13/14- High school seniors and returning Lawrence Tech student Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for upcoming year 2013-2014 is available on the web at www.fafsa.ed.gov
  • Spring financial aid enrollment verification and disbursements begin on fund by fund basis depending on enrollment status
  • 1st half tuition payment due
February
  • Out of state competition for supplemental scholarships begin2nd half tuition payment deadline (late fees will follow if tuition unpaid)
  • 2nd half tuition payment deadline (late fees will follow if tuition unpaid)

March

  • Office of Financial Aid priority deadline for 13/14 FAFSA’s (OFA will continue to process late applications but awards depend on availability of funding)
  • Tuition should be set for upcoming year; budgets should be evaluated based on board approval.
  •  Award package notification begins for 2013-2014 This reflects a ‘full package’  university funding and federal aid offers allow 45 days to accept offers, then expire. Should applicant decide to accept funding at a later date university funding may be depleted.
May
  • Anticipate ending trigger awards to new students; (returning students will need to be reviewed for eligibility) Late athletic scholarships may still be available; Begin entering athletes in NAIA Eligibility Center – Official team only
  • 1st half summer tuition payment deadline

June
  • Begin review for renewal of returning student’s scholarship awards
  • Continue entering athletes in NAIA Eligibility Center – official team only
  • 2nd half summer tuition payment deadline (late fees will follow if tuition unpaid)
  •  
August
  • Final week to establish NAIA eligibility for Fall Teams– final rosters due
  • Posting of university funds begin to full time enrolled students.
  •  1st half tuition payment due
  • Fall Courses begin!!
 
September
