Loan and Lender Information
At Lawrence Tech, we help our students obtain the best student loans to finance their education. To do this LTU participates in the Family Federal Education Loan program (FFEL) and the Michigan Students First program. Michigan Students First is available to all Michigan residents and to out-of-state students attending LTU by choosing a participating lender.
For Engineering students in their Junior/Senior year the Michigan Engineering Incentive program is also an option. To find out more on these programs log on to Michigan Student Financial Aid
LTU will begin reviewing lenders, service, and borrower benefits to be listed on our preferred lender list by June 2008.
And, please remember that you have a choice.

Additional Information about Student Loans
LTU does not share in the profits from student loans and has assembled loan options that best meet our student’s financial needs. However, LTU strongly encourages you to do your research before choosing a loan option and/or lender. It’s your choice and we have provided a sample of websites for you to research and explore additional loan information to make your decision as easy as possible. Please contact your particular lender of choice for additional loan and application information (school certification form with lender ID and guarantor code).
