Engineering Technology Faculty and Staff
William L. White, Ph.D. is the chairman of the Engineering Technology Department. Dr. White received his Ph D. from Wayne State University. He is the advisor for all Engineering Technology students, including the Associates program. During the Fall and Winter semesters Dr. White teaches Manufacturing Processes 1 and 2 and coordinates classes at the Clarkston Learning Center.
Sabah Abro, Ph.D. is the Engineering Technology liaison for Focus Hope. Dr. Abro received his Ph.D. from University de Louvain. He coordinates and teaches classes at Focus Hope in conjunction with Lawrence Technological University. Dr. Abro is also a teacher in the Math and Computer Sciences department where he teaches various levels of mathematics.
Donald F. Condit, is an Associate Professor of Management in the Engineering Technology Department. He received his M.B.A from the University of Michigan. Professor Condit is the advisor to the Industrial Management students. During the Fall and Winter Semesters, Professor Condit teaches several sections of Operations Management.
Stanley Harris, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the Engineering Technology Department. He received his Ph D. from Wayne State University. Dr. Harris teaches a variety of management courses throughout the school year and is the advisor to the Construction Management students.
Tom Powder is a part time lab technician/coordinator for the College of Engineering. Tom maintains test and lab equipment, in addition to conducting research. He offers assistance to students and faculty on projects and labs.
