Bachelor of Science in
Industrial Operations Engineering

Industrial operations engineers find better ways to get things done in virtually every industry. They figure out how to shorten the lines of visitors at theme parks like Disney World. They determine how to provide medical care and surgery to patients in the most efficient manner. They also help major manufacturers manage people and supply lines that crisscross the globe so that all the components needed to assemble a product arrive on time, on budget, in sequence, and to the correct assembly line at the correct plant.

Lawrence Tech’s Bachelor of Science in Industrial Operations Engineering can literally take you anywhere you want to go — and not even the sky is the limit: NASA employs the skills of industrial operations engineers to coordinate its space missions and the building and launching of its shuttles.

“By nature, industrial operations engineers have a global perspective, seeing beyond the initial scope of common problems. At Lawrence Tech, the theoretical and practical aspects of the learning process merge, enabling rapid professional achievement. The successful graduate is prepared to develop innovative solutions to global challenges in any industry. In addition, Lawrence Tech’s Bachelor of Science in Industrial Operations Engineering is an excellent beginning to a life of education, providing an advanced problem-solving capability based on process thinking.”
