Fabian Ciavaglia				Fabian Ciavaglia is an energetic and results-focused Senior Manager with more than 15 years of experience leading programs, business development and purchasing operations for highly successful global organizations. Mr. Ciavaglia has demonstrated a record of success in designing and implementing strategic plans to generate revenue, reduce costs and significantly impact the corporate bottom line. Mr. Ciavaglia is reputed for excelling in hostile environments and stress-related assignments through superior leadership and communications skills to align team performance to business requirements. He is a highly motivated operations coordinator, known for delivering creative solutions to exceed financial performance goals.


David Darbyshire				David Darbyshire earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Technological University and is the Co-founder of DASI Solutions LLC. He is an active member of the business community serving Automation Alley as the Workforce Development Committee Chair, and was also named Automation Alley's Member of the Year in September 2007. Mr. Darbyshire is also involved as a member of the Michigan Design Educator Association, the Michigan Industrial & Technical Education Society MITES, the Society of Automotive Engineers, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, Jackson Area Manufacturing Society, and is an active participant of the Design and Manufacturing Alliance of Southeast Michigan.


Keith Pratt				In 1993, Lawrence Tech alumnus Keith Pratt founded Panda Precision Inc. and then acquired Schwartz Industries, calling his new venture Shared Vision LLC. Based in Warren, Mr. Pratt's company produces precision machined parts and subassemblies for clients in aerospace, automotive, defense, heavy equipment, and medical industries. Some of Mr. Pratt's components have been used on Mars, in the Hubble Space Telescope, and in artificial hearts. Mr. Pratt believes in continuous improvement of processes and equipment to ensure that products not only meet but exceed customer requirements.


Derek Richmond				Derek Richmond is a Partner in the Electrical, Mechanical and Chemical Engineering Department of The Nath Law Group. Mr. Richmond's practice areas include patent litigation, interferences, and prosecution. He is experienced in writing infringement and validity opinions, counseling clients and negotiating licenses. Mr. Richmond is also experienced in the field of thermodynamics and equipment design for industrial uses. Mr. Richmond received a J.D. degree in 2000 from the National Law Center of The George Washington University. In 1997, Mr. Richmond received a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Thermal Fluid Systems Design from Lawrence Technological University.


Dominick Tringali				Lawrence Tech alumnus Dominick Tringali founded Dominick Tringali Architexts in 1996. He studied classical architecture in Florence, Italy, and believes that architects will be leaders in determining how society will live. Mr. Tringali's own design philosophy, his experience and knowledge, and his commitment to achieve greatness in each project he tackles, have been passed down to every member of his firm, making Dominick Tringali Architects a force in the Midwest. Dominick Tringali Architects has won numerous awards and recognitions, including 2004 Metro Detroit's 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.


Michael Zulinski				Mike Zulinski, BSIM '74, is the current President of the Lawrence Tech Alumni Association, has been a board member for 9 years and serves on the steering committee of the Legends of Lawrence Tech entrepreneurial group. He also served as past President of the Lawrence Tech President's Club. Mr. Zulinski is an independent wealth advisor and principal of the firm A-Z Financial services in Waterford, MI. He has been past president of numerous professional organizations such as the Financial Planning Association of Oakland County, and the Estate Planning Association of Southeast Michigan. Michael holds numerous professional designations and is a past advisor to the State of Michigan Securities Bureau.
