Unlike traditional Formula SAE vehicles where most of the systems are mechanical, a hybrid vehilcle uses several electrical systems. These complex electrical systems must effectively, efficiently and safely deliver a great deal of energy to powerful electric motors to propel the vehicle. The electrical and software group is using technology of the future to deliver impressive efficiency and amazing speed to this vehicle.
