Interested Faculty members, please review submission information for four conferences with upcoming submission deadlines. If you have time in your busy schedule and are interested, please consider submitting a proposal to one of these conferences.
In the Past.
These conferences were previously attended by our faculty members. Those who attended found them to be venues for sharing their research, peer learning, and networking in the scholarship of teaching and learning with effective methods and technologies. Conference attendance and proceedings may be used for Faculty Teaching Portfolios, a springboard for faculty peer-reviewed publications, as well as for marketing the particular college and faculty activities to potential students.

The Process.Marija Franetovic, Course Developer from eLearning Services, is available to guide you in the process of brain-storming teaching and learning topics within your discipline, writing and presenting to a particular venue, and in the overall logistics. eLearning Services provides a partial travel expense honorarium for faculty members with accepted conference proposals who have collaborated on the proposals with our office. As a resource, you may refer to the New Media Consortium 2010 Horizon Report for a review of upcoming trends in teaching and learning with new media and new technologies.
