For Blackberry

From the phone's home screen, open Email Setup and add an account.
Fill the information as it prompts.

Manually configure your server information with the following:

email: username@ltu.edu
username: username@ltu.edu (just name will NOT work)
server: imap.gmail.com
password: your google mail password

To access your email on your Iphone or Ipod Touch

Go to Settings
- Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Go to Add Account and Select Gmail
- Enter your Name, your Address - username@ltu.edu
- Enter your Password and Save the account

To sync your calendars and contacts to your iPhone and Ipod touch

NOTE: Back up your contacts before you start syncing your new account

Go to Settings
- Go to Mail, Contacts, Calendars
- Add Account, Select Microsoft Exchange
- Your email is username@ltu.edu
- Leave the domain blank
- Your username is username@ltu.edu and enter your password
- When you click on Next, it will ask the type of server to use
- Enter m.google.com and Save
- After verification, you can select what sync you want turned ON
- Choose Contacts, Calendars or both (Mail is added separately)
- You should have backed up your contacts, so allow the IPhone to sync them

Add your Google Calendar to your Blackberry

- From your phone's browser, go to http://m.google.com/sync and download the Google Sync App
-From your phone's home screen, find the icon for Google Sync
-Log in using your username@ltu.edu and password
-From the menu, go to Options and select which calendars you want to sync to your phone and how often you want to sync

NOTE: Do not check the box to sync your contacts to your phone, it will remove your contacts phone numbers and replace them with their email addresses

-Once you have configured the settings, you will be asked if you want to Sync now
-The sync process will continue in the background and you will be able to use your phone
-Your calendar will display the events from your username@ltu.edu calendar
