Impatica PowerPoint Issues

When accessing a narrated PowerPoint that the instructor has loaded, the browser does not display the video portion of the presentation however you can hear the audio. This has been identified by Impatica as a Java version issue. The link below will list the Java compatibility issue and step you through possible resolutions.

When I play my Impatica for PowerPoint files I can hear the sound but all is see is a white screen, how do I fix this issue?

Impatica issue with Quicktime

Please be advised that there is a known issue with Impatica and Quicktime.  In order to resolve this issue:
 

1. Uninstall Impatica for PowerPoint
2. Uninstall Quicktime
3. Download Impatica for PowerPoint again and reinstall without Quicktime.
