How Do I Log In to Blackboard?

• Open a browser on your computer. Supported Blackboard (Bb) browsers are: Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 2, Safari3.
• Go to the web address: my.ltu.edu
• Click in the text box under Username, type in your username.
  Your username is usually the first initial of your first name, the first initial of your last name, followed by your 9 digit Banner ID (e.g. MN000112269)
• Click in the box under Password, then type in your password.
  (Note: Password is the 9 digit number only (no initials), for first time Bb login, or until you change it - Remember that passwords are case letter sensitive.
• Click Login, or hit Enter on your computer.
• When your login to Bb is successful, a message appears at the top of the page, e.g. "Welcome, YourName".
• You will now be able to access your course/s listed under My Courses
