Simpson's Rule is another way to APPROXIMATE the definite integral.
Simpson's Rule, which uses area of parabolas, is sometimes a better
approximation than the Trapezoidal rule. It depends on the shape of
the curve. Simpson's rule only works if n is an EVEN number.
