3.  Who can reserve rooms at LTU?
All LTU faculty and staff can reserve a room.  We recommend you contact your department to determine if there is a specific policy in place or a liaison that takes care of placing reservations.

Student clubs and organizations leaders should contact their advisor to have them place your room reservation requests.  Requests received directly from students will not be accepted.

7.  Can I move the tables and chairs in the room for my event?
If you hold a class or event in the room and move the furniture please make sure you return the furniture back in its original state before leaving. Failure to do so will jeopardize you or your organizations ability to reserve rooms on campus in the future.

8.  Am I responsible for cleaning up the room after my event?
Yes, all rooms should be returned to their original state. If you have rearranged the room to accommodate a specific set-up for your event make sure you move the tables and chairs back the way you found them. Tabletops should be cleaned off after events are held in which food has been served.  Garbage should be thrown in trash bins.

Having nice rooms to hold meetings in is a privilege we should all respect. To continue to be eligible to reserve spaces on campus please act responsibility and return the space/room to its original state.

10. Can I post an off campus event to the CORE?
Submit your request through the CORE but do not specify a room.  In the “comment” section informing us this is an off campus event that will not utilize a room.  Please fill out the “description” area of the request form with additional information you would like the LTU community to know about your event.  Examples of these types of events would include Commencement which is held at Cobo.
