The registration deadline for all camps is June 1, 2012. 

You can submit your registration form (and all other forms) and payment in one of three ways:

1. Mail the completed registration form (and check if not paying by credit card) to:

2. Scan the completed registration
form and email it as an
attachment to summercamps@ltu.edu

3. Fax the completed registration
form to Lisa R. Kujawa at
248.204.2018

Once your registration form is received, you will be sent a confirmation letter and more information.

 ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED.
