FORENSIC SUMMER SCIENCE INSTITUTE

June 25 - 29, 2012

Instructions
This application has three parts.

Part 1  is completed by the student.

Part 2  is completed by a science teacher (preferred) or counselor familiar with the student's abilities. The student's high school transcripts must be attached.

Part 3  is completed by the student's parent or guardian once the student has been accepted to the program. Applicants who are admitted will be notified by telephone or email. Part 3 must be completed within seven days of acceptance and include the $200 nonrefundable registration fee. The registration fee can be paid with a check or money order.

Need-based scholarships ($200.00) are available for qualified individuals. The scholarship application deadline is April 30, 2012.  Download this application here
