JOB DUTIES: The Assistant Director, Undergraduate Management Programs will be  responsible for and provide assistance with student advising, faculty/adjunct faculty coordination, curriculum and program development, marketing and program communications, and provide mentorship of students in internship programs.  The candidate represents the combined programs at various program and University events such as Open Houses, Exploration Days, Deans Brunch, etc.  The candidate assists the Director in program leadership, management, and long-term strategic plans for the combined programs.

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have a Master Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or related field; Ph.D. preferred and three to five years of college-level teaching required.   Three or more years of administrative, professional experience in industry of academe, particularly in areas related to the department’s mission preferred.  Experience with Blackboard, Banner etc. a plus.

JOB DUTIES LTU has a  full-time position that is a member of our major gifts team. The successful candidate identifies and researches prospects; cultivates and solicits major gifts from individuals, personal and family foundations.  Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Major Gifts/Campaign Director, manages other activities necessary to the University capital campaign.

QUALIFICATIONS: The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree (B.A.), a professional degree or equivalent; and three or more years of development experience preferably in a higher education environment, with a proven track record of fund raising.  Knowledge of planned giving is a plus.
