Services for Employers

The Office of Career Services and International Programs offers a wide range of services for Employers.  Many of our job posting services are completed online via College.MonsterTRAK.com.  Other important services, including setting up On-Campus Interviews, Career Fairs, Resume Referrals, Information Sessions, and Alumni Networking Receptions, are available by contacting our offices at 248-204-3140, or ltuocs@ltu.edu.

Thank you for contacting Lawrence Technological University regarding employment opportunities with your company.   LTU uses MonsterTRAK as its online job posting board, and we invite you to set up an employer account and post your opening.

We will be moving to a new software provider in July 1, 2008, and will notify all employers and students when we are about to make the change.  Please bear with us as we transition to a new system. 

In the meantime, if you wish to post a position, follow these instructions.  To get started, go to www.college.monstertrak.com.  This is an interim site that we are temporarily using for free postings until we have our new system on board.  Look for the link that says "post a single job at a single school."  Click on that link. If you already have a MonsterTRAK account, you can log in at this point.  If not, look next to the orange "Login" button and click on the "create new account" link. 
You will be asked to provide contact information, and then you will be able to post your position.  You will be asked to provide billing information, but the invoice amount will be $0.00.  If it is not, please give us a call for assistance. 

Our office can also assist you with your recruiting needs in other ways.  If the response to your posting is not satisfactory, we can e-mail students and alumni to raise awareness of your posting, and in some cases we can "pull" resumes and forward a group of resumes of students to you who have the qualifications you are looking for.  To take advantage of these services, please contact an Office of Career Services and International Programs staff member at 248-204-3140.
