Fitness Classes
Tech-Rec Fitness – Our variety of fitness classes are offered to all Field House members free of charge. The classes, days, and times are due to popular demand. All classes are held at the Field House. Current classes include Boot Camp, and our new Total Circuit class. The Total Circuit will take participants through several different exercise stations utilizing your entire body. Strength training, cardiovascular, and plyometrics will all be used in this class.
Boot Camp Fitness
Mondays- 9-10pm
Wednesdays- 9-10pm
Class begins Monday January 28th and will run up to 8 weeks.
Total Circuit
Tuesdays- 5pm-6pm
Thursdays- 5pm-6pm
Class begins Tuesday February 5th and will run up to 8 weeks
