Penelope Morris rejoined Lawrence Tech as MSE/MET Graduate Program Assistant in September 2007, where she assists teachers enrolled in those two Masters programs with State requirements to renew their teaching certificates. Penelope previously worked as the Secretary to the Chair of the Natural Sciences Department from 1985 to 1994. She has also worked as a freelance secretary in Berkley, Michigan since 1984. She attended Michigan State University and Wayne County and Oakland County Community Colleges. In her free time during the summer, she’s most likely to be found gardening, working as a supervisor of volunteers at SOCWA’s community garden in Royal Oak, where the group demonstrates hands-on healthy garden practices.
