Prof. Henckel has taught primarily mathematics courses for the engineering and applied mathematics students at LTU. This would include freshman through senior level courses.

Prior to teaching at Lawrence Technological University, she taught mathematics at the Army Engineering School at Fort Belvoir, VA.

Prof. Henckel has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin. Also, she has taken courses at Michigan State University leading to the doctorate degree under the auspices of the National Science Foundation.
