Mr. Richard Liddy
liddy@ltu.edu

Mr. Liddy graduated from the University of Michigan as a Mathematics Major and Oakland University (Rochester, MI) with a Masters degree in Applied Statistics.  He was a Reliability Engineer for the majority of his 28 years at Ford Motor Company.  This experience includes:
1) Developed a reliability model in support  of the Methanel fuel program
2) Led the development of life testing methods for worldwide applications. 
3) Developed the Ford Failure Mode and Effect Analysis procedure (FMEA)
4) Was the primary Subject expert in developing training materials
5) Personnally trained thousands of engineers in reliability related classes

Richard Liddy started teaching at Lawrence Technological University in 2001 and teaches Technical Calculus and Applied Differential Equations on a regular basis.
