MDSTA Comes Again to Lawrence Tech

School is well on its way, MEAP and other standardized tests are either in preparation or delivery, and parent-teacher conferences are scheduled.  In this “to do” list, science teachers fit one other event: one of the largest gatherings for educators in Southeast Michigan, the Metropolitan Detroit Science Teacher Association (MDSTA) fall conference.   Lawrence Tech is a proud sponsor of the MDSTA Conference and this year the organization brought to campus about 1,100 educators and 124 sessions.  Natural Sciences faculty members and staff and other members of the LTU community are present at this event yearly by volunteering, giving logistic support, making   presentations, and marketing of the graduate programs of  Arts and Sciences College in Science Education and Educational Technology.
