Dr. Kelly McDowell
Kelly McDowell earned her Ph.D. from Wayne State University in 2008, specializing in 20th and 21st century American and British literature, transnational modernism and postmodernism, visual culture, and gender and sexuality studies. She teaches courses in American, British, and world literature, literary theory, film and visual culture, and composition. Currently, she is revising her dissertation, “Perverse Singularity: Modernist Practice and Masculine Subjectivity,” for publication.
