David Huntsperger earned his B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in English from the University of Washington. His research interests include twentieth-century American poetry, international modernism, American literature and culture, postmodernism, theories of the avant-garde, Marxist theory, creative writing, composition and translation.
His essays have been accepted for publication by the William Carlos Williams Review and Textual Practice. His poetry has appeared in goodfoot, Chase Park and Poetalk. His book manuscript is A New Way of Working: Procedural Form in Postmodern American Poetry.
