Degree Requirements

After satisfying the program's pre-core requirements, the program consists of the following:

• Four courses selected from two areas of concentration - two courses from each concentration  (options include bioinformatics, computer security, software engineering, intelligent systems, database systems, distributed systems, programming languages, and computer graphics) 
• Four approved graduate electives (may be additional courses in a selected area of concentration)
• Collaborative Research Project I
• Collaborative Research Project II

Total:  10 courses, 30 semester credit hours
