Architecture Resource Center (ARC)

The Architecture Resource Center (ARC) maintains a diverse and growing collection of materials for CoAD faculty and student use:

  • books
  • reference guides (codes, handbooks)
  • course reserves
  • slides
  • digital images
  • architectural drawings
  • magazines and periodicals
  • videos
  • Bugbee Special Reference Collection

The ARC also stores and supplies audio/visual equipment:

  • photocopier
  • cameras
  • slide/digital projectors
  • TVs
  • VCR
  • DVD
  • lighting equipment and other special peripherals
  • sound/light meters

Other services include:

  • A team of Student Assistants to schedule equipment loans
  • Work tables available for student use
  • Come in to read the latest issue of Architectural Record or catch up on your assignments. 
  • Photocopy use at 10 cents/page
  • Elizabeth Simmons (Librarian) provides research assistance during regular office hours.
    No appointment is necessary: 8:00-16:30 daily
