Alumni Chapters
The Architectural Alumni Chapter is a sub-group of the Lawrence Technological University Alumni Association. Established in 1995, the Chapter is made up of graduates of the College of Architecture and Design that you, the alumni, elect. Each member (a total of nine) sits on the Cabinet for a term of one to three years. The Cabinet functions under by-laws orginially created in 1995.
In September 2001, the newly elected Cabinet set out to estabish an outline of goals for the next five years. These goals parallel those established by the LTU Alumni Association. Lawrence Technolgoical University graduates are now making their mark in society, not only in the State of Michigan, but also in major architectural firms acorss the country and the world. Over 2,800 architecture, interior design, and architecture illustration graduates from the School of Architecture and Design, have in some way, been responsible for major design awards, pioneered new systems of architecture in building technology soulutions, have solved and corrected troubled buildings and are now involved in the political system to better enhance our cities. Simply put, your degree is highly respected. Employers know what an LTU graduate can do and accomplish! Let us continue this success by making our College of Architecture and Design and the Architectural Alumni Chapter stronger than ever, get involved!

2003 Architectural Alumni Cabinet Chair
The College of Management Alumni Chapter is the newest addition to the Lawrence tech Alumni Association. We were originally formed as the Graduate College of Management Alumni Advisory Board to serve as a liasion between students, business and industry and have since evolved into a full-fledged chapter of the Alumni Association coordinating events for the college, and servicing alumni of the college in business and industry.
You will be very proud to hear of the many accomplishments that have occurred in recent years within the College of Management:

Since 1996, graduate school enrollment has tripled to almost 900 students

The College's graduate programs are now offered in Plymouth, Warren, Clinton Twp., Toronto, Vancouver and Taipei

The College was ranked in the top 5% in a recent nationwide student satisfaction survey

The College's Career Integrated MBA executive management program was ranked in the top 1% in student satisfaction
-
The College will launch this fall an applied Doctrate of Management degree in Information Technoloy, the only such
program in the region. A Doctorate of Business Administration with a strategic change management focus is under
development for Fall 2003.
