Fundamentals of No-Fault Insurance Law


Classes can be customized in a number of ways:

STREAMING ONLINE VIDEO: Work around your schedule by attending classes online at anytime without losing contact with your instructor. Questions will be answered via email and in the following online lecture. 
(Requires Real Player  and High Speed Internet Connection)

IN-CLASS: Interact with the instructor and other professionals by attending classes on campus at Lawrence Technological University.

HYBRID: Take advantage of a mixture of the two above, by attending class online from the comfort of your own home, as well as interacting with professionals in a classroom setting.



This program is specifically for insurance professionals, attorneys, health care
specialists, and anyone interested in gaining in-depth knowledge of Michigan's
Automobile No-Fault Insurance Law.

Instructor:  JAMES L. BORIN

James L. Borin, Esq., is a leading commentator on no-fault insurance in  the state
of Michigan. Mr. Borin is a partner in the Michigan law firm of Garan Lucow
Miller, P.C.

He is an adjunct faculty member at Lawrence Technological University.  He frequently teaches at the Michigan Judicial Institute and is an adjunct faculty member at  Cooley Law School.  Mr. Borin also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit School of Law for 15 years. 

The author of the Michigan Automobile No-Fault Manual and the Insurance Law Manual, he has lectured extensively on no-fault insurance in Michigan, including appearances at several judicial conferences.

Mr. Borin was recognized by "Best Lawyers in America", 2003-2007.
