


Fundamentals of No-Fault Insurance Law

Instructor: JAMES L. BORIN
James L. Borin, Esq., is a leading commentator on no-fault insurance in the state
of Michigan. Mr. Borin is a partner in the Michigan law firm of Garan Lucow
Miller, P.C.
He is an adjunct faculty member at Lawrence Technological University. He frequently teaches at the Michigan Judicial Institute and is an adjunct faculty member at Cooley Law School. Mr. Borin also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit School of Law for 15 years.
The author of the Michigan Automobile No-Fault Manual and the Insurance Law Manual, he has lectured extensively on no-fault insurance in Michigan, including appearances at several judicial conferences.
Mr. Borin was recognized by "Best Lawyers in America", 2003-2007.
